Free initial consultation. My name is Simon Howes, and I am an experienced and caring counsellor and psychotherapist with a private practice in central Northampton. Welcome to my website.

I provide a discreet and confidential service and hold sessions in my rooms on Billing Road, which are five minutes walk from the centre of the town, with ample free parking on the residential streets nearby.

Choosing the right therapist is an important process, and I understand that it can take courage to begin seeking help and support. Because of this, I offer a free fifty minute initial consultation with no obligation or commitment to attend any further sessions, to give you the chance to meet me and see if you feel comfortable with me and the way that I work.
